Bank Statements to Excel,
Checked.
Most converters hand you a spreadsheet and hope. Parserje checks every row against the statement's own balance and tells you the answer.
Supports Maybank · CIMB · Bank Islam · BSN · more banks coming soon
Nothing is uploaded, not even a page. Check it yourself with the Unplug Test.
Your workbook is still open.
Checked Against the Statement
Rows are tested against the running balance and the totals the statement prints.
Reads Bank Islam and BSN
Plus Maybank and CIMB, as text or scanned through OCR.
Nothing Leaves Your Browser
No upload, no account, no server. There is nowhere for your statement to go, even by accident.
Your bank statement never leaves your browser
Every converter says this. Here's how to check ours.
- 01
Selected
Your PDF stays where it is on your computer. The page only gets permission to read it.
- 02
Read in This Tab
The statement is read in your browser's memory. Nothing is uploaded, not even a page.
- 03
Checked and Downloaded
Only the extracted rows stay on screen. Download Excel to keep a copy on your computer.
- 04
Gone When You Leave
Close the tab or clear the workbook and it's all removed. Nothing is stored in the browser.
Your browser caches Parserje's reading tools so the page loads faster. That's code, not your data. Downloaded Excel files are saved like any other download.
Don't take our word for it. Try the Unplug Test.
- Click Get Offline-Ready so Parserje loads its reading tools.
- Turn off your Wi-Fi or unplug your network.
- Convert a statement. It still works, because nothing is sent anywhere.
How Parserje checks your bank statement against itself
A statement proves itself. The opening balance, plus every credit, minus every debit, has to equal the closing balance, and most statements print their own debit and credit totals too. Parserje runs both checks on every conversion, and shows you the result.
or OCR
Parserje recognises the bank and reads each table the way that bank prints it.
- Stamp Text RemovedCertification stamp words are taken out.
- The Right YearYear comes from the statement date.
- Several PDFs at OnceMerged into one workbook in date order.
